We do all the work by hand. We use an automatic poultry cutting system for basic items only. Cutting to the final product is done manually under the control of our production managers. For production, we use the best raw material from the best Polish farms and the best slaughterhouses. The production process is synchronized in such a way that it has the least impact on the shelf life. Our cutting system gives the recipient a product ready for thermal processing, without the need for cleaning, cutting or calibrating. Each element leaving our factory undergoes manual control, detection and x-ray for the presence of bone fragments. By using our products, you save on the costs of preparing the raw material to the required standard.
